CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of service will be charged if you cancel a service 24 hours prior to service. Booking a client in your time slot after 24 hours is not easy so I have to provide myself some sort of financial safety. Please cancel your appointments at least 48 hours ahead of your appointment time. Being later than 15 minutes to your appointment without discussion or clearance also falls under the cancellation policy. If you think you may be late, please reach out before your appointment time to avoid any fees. This policy applies to ANY cancellation reason. Same day rescheduled appointments will not incur a fee, however if you cancel or reschedule the next appointment, 100% of the service cost will be charged to make up for both changed appointments.
